Bach opposed such pathological approach to music and even created special didactic tool for using humor to speed up the process of repatterning and overcoming such habit of approaching music, that is in conflict with its core purpose to ELEVATE the level of emotional resonance. False educational standard had been based on tradition of biographical distortions about Bach.
No excusiology is good enough to condone hazardous for health pedagogical approach ! Pathological tradition has no right to continue to be passed down! Teachers may not be required to imbed the patterns of emotional repression. Instead, the FLAWED exam requirements are overdue to change. Replication of mechanical sound of inferior design of instruments, invented prior to hammer clavier on today’s piano is the illogical and unhealthy teaching approach, that evidently caused cognitive paralysis among many musicians, unable to detect obvious score facts of dissonance, as examined in publication.
Majority of musicians and their audiences of many generations did not know of Bach‘s hands on involvement with emerging hammer clavier, since related records had been underpublicized. That is why Bach still needs ambassadors for his innovation in music, defiant of dogma of his time. And most importantly, his music scores (like the examined Fugue-Parody) demonstrate, that he had to use hammer clavier for composing his polyphony with the texture that is too complex for the instruments with no dynamics (harpsichords) or instruments that could not allow for the use of many chromatic keys, due to inferior design, not permitting for some of his clavier music (such as some pieces from Well Tempered Clavier) to be played without alteration and oversimplification on the clavichord.
This unique publication examines the evidence of shared failure of many musicians (indiscriminately of acclaim, academic titles, honors, fame etc) to detect score facts, related to dissonance, made hard to miss by Bach. Evidently zombification of today’s performers of Bach’s music led to collective cognitive paralysis. (And such subliminal impacts of groupthink, authority pressure, moral atrocity culture had been observed in classic cases of Asch, Milgram, Lucifer Effects . No, not at all. Such assumptions would be untrue, resulting from the blind spot misconceptions. In fact, the author RozaLina Gutman gave credits in Acknowledgements to this publication to her lesson, learned from famous harpsichord instructor (late) Laurette Goldberg, who had become well known for her consulting pianists on Bach‘s interpretation. She inspired many musicians. And her inspiration of expert was instrumental for Rozalina Gutman’s arrival to the piano performer’/teacher’s duty for increasing emotional resonance in Bach, that in turn, led to the recognition of Paradox of Invisible Dissonance.
Of course, pianists can learn a lot about the performance culture during the time, when Bach made his pivoting for music history stand against dogmatic limitations, resulting in zombification of music and beyond… Notoriously deleted Bach’s legacy of defiance of using dissonance for humorous meaning in his polyphony (especially satirical type, as in his Fugue-Parody) is the important and evident statement of genius prolific composer, NOT to be overlooked, but to be savored, honored and employed for intended applications of self reflection among all musicians, including those, aiming to restore historical truth in his legacy.

Thus, it is absurd to insist on lacking logic attempts to oversimplify Bach’s musical intentions, that expose either the lack of basic music literacy to comprehend the meaning of notation, or immoral pursuits to neglect written score facts for ill-minded reasons, in denial of reality, or both. And of course, there is one more reason for such cognitive failure - inertia, linked to being the victim of indoctrination into falsity from early age, as it became evident in Paradox of Invisible Dissonance, revealed by the author’s narrative of having to be required (!) to replicate the error from flawed didactic aids, among millions of other victims of this flawed tradition.
But new generations deserve to know the truth through educational curricula, thus this shift from distortion is much overdue: Help us share the truth, all musicians deserve to know about Bach’s contributions of innovative didactic approaches - the cornerstone in music education for all levels!
Discussion of dissonance related defiance, demonstrated by Bach in reviewed Fugue provided indisputable evidence, that he rebelled against the dogma of his historical period.
